Finding Us: Grow together, not just alongside each other

The version of you two that everyone sees isn't the whole truth. Behind the highlight reel — the toasts, the "relationship goals" comments, the vacations everyone likes — you're not sure you even like each other most days. That's not something you say out loud when people look to you as the example.

You have to find yourself before you can truly find each other — that's the truth Finding Me was built on. Finding Us is what happens next: coaching for the couple who's done performing and ready to actually know each other again.

“We came into coaching feeling like we were having the same conversations over and over without getting anywhere. We learned how to communicate differently, understand what was really underneath our conflict, and reconnect as a team. We didn’t just leave with better communication, we left with a better understanding of us.”

This is for you if…

1

You're tired of performing

People come to you for advice, look to you as an example, assume you've got this figured out. You're ready for a space where you don't have to perform — where the two of you can be honest about where you actually are as a couple right now.

2

Your relationship looks like the goal everyone's chasing — and that's part of the problem.

From the outside, you're the couple who has it together. On the inside, you're not sure you even know each other anymore, and admitting that feels like it would shatter the image everyone else needs you to hold up.

3

You're both ready to invest in this the way you invest in everything else.

You take your career, your health, and your growth seriously — this is that same energy, turned toward your relationship.

FAQs

How is Finding Us different from couples therapy?

Finding Us is forward-focused — we work on communication, alignment, and building the partnership you want going forward. It's not a substitute for couples therapy, and it doesn't involve diagnosis or treatment of a mental health condition.

Is this covered by insurance?

Finding Us is self-pay by design — no diagnosis required, no insurance company reviewing the details of your relationship. Just the two of you, doing this work on your own terms.

What if one of us needs more than coaching can offer?

If either partner is navigating mental illness, or something that needs clinical treatment, I'll tell you directly and help connect you with appropriate therapy support.
