At Finding Me PLLC, we provide counseling services through a culturally-responsive lens. We recognize that systems inequitably privilege some, while denying access, resources, and opportunities to others, which can have compound effects on mental and physical well-being. Our aim is to provide you with tools for self-exploration and advocacy. We use strengths-based and person-centered approaches to equip and empower you to live the life you truly desire.

Group Counseling
The Healing Experience
The Healing Experience is a therapy group that promotes healing through community. Agenda items include:
Group Connection: Get to know other group members and build community.
Individual Processing: This is space to talk about your week, past experiences, or anything else pressing that is relevant for you.
Psychoeducation: Learn about the effects of trauma, anxiety, and various stressors on mental health.
Coping Strategies: Gain tools to reduce stress, decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, increase self-esteam, and live a more fulfilling life.
Burnout Recovery Group
The Burnout Recovery Group is a group space that provides strategies to avoid and recover from burnout.
This group enrolls new members every 6 weeks.
During our time together we discuss personal impacts of burnout and uncover coping strategies to help you reduce stress, reclaim your time, experience more peace, and find your joy again!

Fees & Investment
Session Rates
Self-pay and Out-of-Network Coverage:
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and HSA. As an out-of-network provider, we can supply you with the necessary paperwork to submit for insurance reimbursement.
Individual Therapy
$150 per 50 min session
Group Therapy
$50 per 60 min session

We accept the following insurance providers for in-network coverage, which can be billed directly to your policy:

Cancellation Fee
A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. If an appointment is not cancelled 24 hours before your scheduled meeting time, you will be charged the full session rate ($150 per individual session and $50 per group session).
