Talk Therapy

EMDR Therapy

Some things cannot fully heal through talking alone. If you have experiences that still live in your body — that show up as tightness, reactivity, or responses that feel bigger than the moment — EMDR works at a different level. We are not reliving what happened. We are helping your nervous system finally finish processing it so it stops running in the background of your life.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma is not always a single event. For many of my clients it is the accumulation — years of having to shrink, perform, prove, or protect yourself in spaces that were not built for you. We work with all of it. At a pace that feels safe. Without judgment about how long it has taken to get here.
